金吾财讯 | 独立IT与业务咨询服务公司CGI(GIB)宣布，已成功中标芬兰国家教育署的核心数字化升级项目。CGI将作为独家供应商，将负责该机构旗下最大数字化教育服务生态系统“Studyinfo”(芬兰语：Opintopolku)的开发与日常维护。该项服务合同期长达八年，预计总价值约在4800万欧元至8000万欧元之间。值得关注的是，这也是芬兰国家教育署建署以来金额最大的一笔ICT(信息与通信技术)采购合同。根据协议，CGI在未来的履约期内将全权负责这一不断扩张的教育生态系统的运营与升级。在技术实现上，CGI将引入其尖端的“AI赋能应用工厂”交付模型，通过人工智能辅助手段来缩短应用程序的迭代周期、提升代码质量并控制研发成本。同时，针对公共部门IT建设的特殊要求，CGI强调将把“负责任的开发”置于核心位置，在整个项目生命周期中深度应用绿色编程原则，以最大限度减少软件在云端运行和开发过程中的能源消耗与环境碳足迹。
