智通财经APP讯，国浩集团(00053)发布公告，有关 GLLM建议根据马来西亚2016年公司法第116条，以选择性减资和偿还方式将 GLM私有化的相关事宜。于2026年5月29日举行的GLM股东特别大会(GLM股东特别大会)上，有关私有化建议的特别决议案已由GLM的无利益关系股东正式通过。
紧随于GLM股东特别大会批准后，私有化建议仍取决于其余条件的达成，其中包括(但不限于)取得马来亚高等法院(High Court of Malaya)确认减少 GLM 已发行股本的命令，以及随后向马来西亚公司注册处呈递该法院命令。在该等条件达成的前提下，并根据指示性时间表，私有化建议预计将于2026/27财政年度的第一季度完成。
