智通财经APP讯，宜搜科技(02550)发布公告，其拟行使本公司股东于2025年 6月27日举行的本公司股东周年大会中通过的决议案授予董事会之一般授权的权力，以购回本公司普通股股份(购回授权)。根据购回授权，董事可行使本公司权力购回股份，惟不得超过于相关决议案在股东周年大会通过当日已发行股份总数的10%。
董事会已决定，视乎市场情况，本公司拟根据购回授权以及(如适用)本公司拟于2026年 6月30日举行的本公司应届股东周年大会上提呈的任何购回股份的一般授权，动用不超过2000万港元，于本公告日期起计六个月期间内不时于公开市场购回股份(统称“股份购回计划”)。本公司将从其现有可用现金储备为股份购回提供资金，且拟将根据股份回购计划回购的任何股份作为库存股份持有，该等股份其后可予注销、出售或转让，包括用于为2025年股份奖励计划二提供资金。
