智通财经APP获悉，内银股集体反弹，截至发稿，广州农商银行(01551)涨4.64%，报1.58港元；交通银行(03328)涨2.69%，报7.26港元；浙商银行(02016)涨2.1%，报2.43港元；招商银行(03968)涨2.05%，报46.86港元。
消息面上，根据上交所安排，科创板上市审核委员会于5月27日召开了2026年第27次审议会议，审议长鑫科技的首发事项，目前上交所官网显示上市委审议已通过。据悉，五大国有行通过AIC及财务投资方式参与投资长鑫科技，招商银行、浦发银行、徽商银行同样间接持有部分股份。
国联民生证券指出，穿透后银行合计持股比例约4.5%。若上市后长鑫科技总市值达到3万亿元，考虑增发股本摊薄后，预计上述银行均能实现较为可观的增值收益。建设银行预计收益最高，达410亿元，占25年归母净利润的12.09%。此外，五大行均通过旗下AIC持有0.61%的长江存储股份，后续若成功上市，同样有望带来较为可观的增值收益。
