【特约大V】郭家耀:经过连日急跌后 短期应有技术反弹

金吾财讯 | 美股周四温和向好,据报美伊达成停火协议,利好市场气氛,三大指数均创出历史新高收市。美元走势回落,美国十年期债息下滑至4.44厘水平,金价低位反弹,油价反复受压。港股预托证券大致向好,预料大市早段跟随高开。内地股市昨日低开高走,沪综指早段一度下跌,其后低位逐步企稳,并录得温和升幅收市,整体成交略为减少。港股持续弱势,指数低开后持续向下,一度跌穿25,000点水平,尾市修复部分失地,重上25,000点心理关口收市,整体成交保持活跃。蓝筹股普遍下跌,科技股表现向下,资源股走势亦受压,市场继续热炒人工智能相关产业股份。外围走势持续向上,大市未有受惠,不过经过连日急跌后,短期应有技术反弹,预料指数维持于25,000至26,000点水平上落。行业消息越秀地产(00123)日前公布,公司拟与控股股东越秀集团旗下的全资附属公司就多项资产和业务订立转让协定,剥离非核心区域持有型资产及非核心业务,以进一步优化资产结构,聚焦房地产开发核心主业,增强财务韧性。本次交易的资产及业务包括南沙国际金融中心、云谷产业园及S1栋楼宇、智谷产业园、毕节酒店以及康养业务。据初步测算,本次交易完成后,预计将为越秀地产带来约44.60亿元净现金流入,并录得除税后收益约1.08亿元。公司表示,交易顺应行业变化的规划,同时有助强化财务,回流资金将主要用于核心城市、地段、地块的优质项目投资,公司将集中资源在房地产开发核心,并会集中在上海、广州及深圳等六大核心城市。越秀集团作为大股东,在信用支持、基金供给、专案孵化等方面持续为公司提供有力后盾,出售资产为双方产业协同的成果。相关交易有助越秀地产聚焦效益更高项目,提升股东回报,市场应有正面反应。(笔者为证监会持牌人仕,本人及相关人士没持有上述股份)
