Lantronix (LTRX) has priced an underwritten offering of roughly 4.17 million shares at $7.20 per share, for gross proceeds of $30 million, the company said Friday.
The company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 625,000 additional shares at the offering price.
The offering is expected to close Monday.
Shares of Lantronix were down 5.3% pre-bell.
