智通财经APP讯，天长集团(02182)发布公告，于2026年5月29日，惠州附属公司(公司间接全资附属公司)向卖方(海天机械销售(广东)有限公司)下达采购订单，以总代价人民币2870万元(包括增值税)收购该等机械(15台注塑机)。
于2026年5月29日，惠州附属公司(作为承租人)与宁波中金(作为出租人)订立融资租赁协议，据此，宁波中金须向惠州附属公司购买该等机械，总代价为人民币2580万元，而该等机械其后将租回予惠州附属公司，租期为41个月，包括5个月的免租期。于该租期内，根据融资租赁协议，该等机械的所有权归宁波中金所有。于租期届满时，待惠州附属公司支付融资租赁协议项下所有到期款项后，惠州附属公司将有权以人民币1元的名义代价购回该等机械。
