ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，德州审计长办公室发布招标书，计划将其 1,000 万美元战略比特币储备从 BlackRock 旗下 IBIT 现货 ETF 转移至直接托管的比特币，中标方须在合同执行后 60 天内完成 IBIT 持仓向直接托管比特币的过渡，并负责购买、持有、管理及报告州内比特币及其他合格加密货币资产，同时搭建公开网站披露储备持仓情况。
此外，德州战略比特币储备咨询委员会已正式组建，负责就托管安排、风险管理及投资战略提供建议。
