本公司于2026年5月26日取得香港公司注册处发出的注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认本公司根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在香港注册的英文名称由“Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Co., Ltd.”变更为“ Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Group Limited”，中文名称由“赤峰吉隆黄金矿业股份有限公司”变更为“赤峰吉隆黄金矿业集团股份有限公司”。
本次更改公司名称后，本公司股份代号、中文股票简称“赤峰黄金”及英文股票简称“ CHIFENG GOLD”均维持不变。
