智通财经APP讯，百盛集团(03368)发布公告，于2026年5月29日，租客(本公司的间接全资附属公司)与业主就物业中庭(位于中国昆明市的物业的一部分)的业务管理权委托订立第二份管理协议。
本集团自2007年起于该物业开展零售业务。该物业作为百货店营运，过往多年一直为本集团带来稳定收益。第一份管理协议项下的物业中庭业务管理权委托，让本集团得以营运物业中庭并举办推广活动，不但提升物业整体形象及营运效率，亦为本集团的零售业务带来客流。第一份管理协议的年期由2021年10月1日起至2026年9月30日止，促使本集团扩大于该物业的零售营运及业务布局。第二份管理协议的年期由2026年10月1日起至2038年1月15日止，可确保本集团于本集团客户熟知的地点长期持续营运。董事会相信，经延长业务管理委托将对本集团的未来发展产生积极影响。
