Utz Brands (UTZ) said Thursday that Mitchell Arends, chief integrated supply chain officer, has decided to step down, effective June 19.
Chief Executive Howard Friedman will take on the extra duties of principal operating officer upon the official departure.
The company also said it still expects an adjusted earnings decrease of 3% to 6%, and organic net sales growth of 2% to 3% for fiscal 2026.
