智通财经APP讯，金泰丰国际控股(09689)发布公告，于2026年5月29日，公司拟配售最多1.86亿股新股份，相当于公司现有已发行股本的20%;及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约16.67%。每股配售股份0.694港元的配售价，较5月29日收市价每股0.7港元折让0.86%。假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项总额将约为1.29亿港元。所得款项净额估计约为1.26亿港元。集团拟将配售事项所得款项净额的90%用于发展及提升集团在中国的贸易能力，并将约10%用作集团的一般营运资金。
