【大河财立方消息】5月29日，A股、港股房地产板块全面爆发。

　　万科A、阳光股份、绿地控股等密集涨停，港股方面，碧桂园涨超30％。

　　消息面上，国务院印发《城市更新“十五五”规划》。其中提到，加快构建房地产发展新模式，完善商品房开发、融资、销售等基础制度。优化保障性住房供给，强化城镇低收入住房困难家庭住房保障，更好满足住房困难且收入不高的工薪群体基本住房需求，逐步解决新市民、青年等群体的阶段性住房困难。因城施策增加改善性住房供给，规范发展住房租赁市场。促进房地产开发企业转型发展、参与城市更新。
