WEB Travel's FY30 Target Missing From Latest Result, MS Says -- Market Talk

0156 GMT - WEB Travel's annual result announcement contained no mention of the Australian travel booker's previously stated total transaction value target, Morgan Stanley analysts say. WEB had previously flagged an ambition to hit A$10 billion in total transaction value by its 2030 fiscal year but the MS analysts point out that this was absent from this week's results. Their note to clients doesn't sound overly concerned on this point, with near-term uncertainty from the Middle East conflict and currency headwinds seen as more of an issue for the stock. They say that the fiscal 2026 result alleviated concerns over ongoing take-rate pressures, but the outlook remains unclear. MS cuts its target price 31% to A$2.60 and stays equal-weight on the stock, which is up 4.7% at A$2.66. (stuart.condie@wsj.com)
