消息面上，5月28日，国务院发布城市更新十五五规划，明确2026至2030年发展目标与配套政策，长远布局2035年现代化城市建设。新规搭建长效、市场化的城市更新机制，推动行业从传统改造转向空间、产业与消费协同发展的全新模式。
机构测算，十五五期间国内城市更新市场规模可达15万亿至20万亿元，庞大增量空间为房企主营业务提供新增长点。行业正式迈入制度化发展新阶段，有效提振市场对内房板块的复苏预期，推动板块估值修复。
