消息面上，据市场媒体报道，三星电子宣布，已开始向全球主要客户出货业界首款12层HBM4E样品，进一步巩固其在下一代HBM市场的领导地位。继今年早些时候率先量产并商业出货业界领先的HBM4之后，三星现通过推出HBM4E样品进一步扩展其HBM路线图，以满足AI计算和超大规模基础设施快速演进的需求。
值得关注的是，三星此次发货的HBM4E采用12层堆叠结构，容量48GB，并计划后续推出32GB(8层)和64GB(16层)版本以满足不同客户需求。在性能参数上，HBM4E的内存带宽达3.6TB/s，主要面向大语言模型(LLM)训练及下一代AI系统的高强度数据处理场景。三星方面表示，与上一代相比，HBM4E能效提升16%，热阻特性改善逾14%，有助于在高负载数据中心环境中延长可靠性并降低能耗。
