ChainCatcher 消息，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）下属市场监管、清算与风险等部门联合发布工作人员指引，针对市场日益增长的 24/7 交易、清算与结算模式提出监管预期与合规要求，鼓励在确保合规前提下进行市场创新。
指引强调，受监管交易平台、掉期执行设施、衍生品清算机构及期货经纪商在拓展全天候交易时，必须遵守《商品交易法》（CEA）及相关监管规则，并主动评估风险管理与运营安排。
CFTC 指出，不同资产类别对 24/7 交易的适配性存在差异，其中与 crypto assets 相关的衍生品由于具备数字化基础设施与全球连续交易特征，更适合全天候交易与清算；而农产品等传统大宗商品衍生品则因地域性与交易结构特点，可能不适合完全 24/7 运行。
CFTC 工作人员表示，相关机构应在推动市场持续演进的同时，确保符合监管框架与风险控制要求，以支持“负责任的市场创新”。
