智通财经APP讯，CAI控股(00080)公布，于2026年5月29日，公司与Longling Capital订立认购协议，拟向Longling Capital发行4.3亿股认购股份，每股认购股份0.33港元，较当日收市价0.3港元溢价约10.0%。认购所得净额约1.414亿港元，95%用于投资专注人工智能(AI)及Web3行业的广泛公司的上市及非上市证券，5%用于一般营运资金需要。
据悉，Longling Capital全部已发行股本由蔡文胜先生直接实益拥有，蔡文胜先生为公司的最终控股股东。
