ChainCatcher 消息，据 CNBC 报道，SpaceX 上周正式递交 IPO 招股书，但其 CEO 马斯克近日在社交平台发文，披露的公司与 Anthropic 算力租赁协议细节，和招股书内容出现明显出入。
招股书显示双方合作将持续至 2029 年，月租金 1.25 亿美元；马斯克则称该协议仅为 180 天短期租约，双方均可提前 90 天终止合作。
该分歧令投资者难以评估公司估值，业内专家也对信息披露规范性提出质疑。此外，分析师还指出招股书存在多项关键数据缺失。
SpaceX 预计于 6 月 12 日上市，目前公司估值超万亿美元，且持续处于亏损状态。
