智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，，根据现有本集团管理账目所得资料(该管理账目并未经本公司核数师审核)，相比截至2023年12月31日止年度的本公司拥有人应占经审核亏损约9540万港元，预期本集团截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得本公司拥有人应占亏损介乎约3.25亿港元至3.4亿港元。
主要由于(i)于联营公司的权益减值亏损上升，(ii)物业、厂房及设备减值亏损上升，(iii)使用权资产减值亏损上升，(iv)毛利下降，(v)原油贸易及石油产品相关衍生金融工具所得收益下降，及(vi)行政开支及其他开支上升，部分被非上市股权投资减值亏损减少所抵销。
