智通财经APP讯，创升控股(02680)公布截至2026年2月28日止年度的年度业绩，收益总额2269.6万港元，同比减少86.32%;净利1170.7万港元，同比扭亏为盈。
公告称，总收益减少主要归因于(i)由于投资者变得更具选择性并要求更高的收益率及更强的信贷状况以弥补不断上升的风险，集团于本年度内并无参与债券发行的包销，导致配售及包销业务产生的收入大幅减少;及(ii)鉴于集团于本年度内在高度波动的市况下持续采取审慎方针及策略以降低风险承担，证券融资业务产生的利息收入有所减少。
由亏转盈主要归因于取得透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产已变现收益净额约2910万港元及透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产未变现亏损净额约180万港元，而截至2025年2月28日止年度则取得透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产未变现亏损净额约1630万港元及透过损益以公允价值列账的金融资产已变现亏损净额约980万港元。
