ChainCatcher 消息，欧洲央行管委温施表示，在下周欧洲央行会议前达成的美伊和平协议并不会削弱加息的理据。温施表示：“如果会议前夕确实达成了和平协议，这将成为讨论的一部分。
但我们无法知道它是否持久或可信。”他暗示支持欧洲央行加息 25 个基点。他认为，如果冲突仍未解决，政策制定者在 6 月 11 日设定利率之前的讨论“将相当容易”。如果美伊达成和平协议，讨论“可能会稍微不那么容易。但加息的理据可能仍然存在，只是没那么充分了”。他表示：“在某个时候，我们不能让市场承担一切。我们需要表明一个立场。”
