智通财经APP获悉，内房股延续涨势，截至发稿，旭辉控股(00884)涨6.56%，报0.065港元；越秀地产(00123)涨5.72%，报4.62港元；龙光集团(03380)涨5.3%，报1.39港元；雅居乐集团(03383)涨4.08%，报0.204港元。
消息面上，中指研究院的数据显示，1—5月，TOP100房企拿地总额同比降幅较1—4月收窄6.2个百分点，销售额降幅较1—4月缩小4.7个百分点，拿地总额和销售额同比降幅均连续3个月收窄。此前，国务院正式印发《城市更新“十五五”规划》，这是我国城市更新领域首个国家级专项规划。规划设定"到2030年城市更新行动取得重要进展、到2035年基本建成现代化人民城市"的双阶段目标。
中金指出，三季度或处于行情从左侧向右侧的过渡阶段，尽管三季度及以后实体市场的表现强度仍是一个概率问题，但考虑当前估值隐含的潜在赔率较高、下行风险可控，可能为后续资金向板块轮动提供一定基础。若三季度后实体市场表现较强，该行认为有可能构成9.24以后较为重要的一轮板块重估。
