TrendForce集邦咨询:受惠于AI数据中心规模扩张 预估2026年EML与CW-DFB LD总体月产能达5070万颗

智通财经APP获悉,TrendForce集邦咨询最新研究指出,随着AI数据中心规模扩张与算力军备竞赛,传输速率提升至1.6 Tbps以上,NVIDIA(英伟达)、Google(谷歌)、Meta等厂商为确保供货无虞,战略性锁定EML、CW-DFB LD芯片供应商的产能,带动供应商积极扩产以应对客户需求,进一步推升2026年EML与CW-DFB LD总计产能成长两倍以上,达到5070万颗。前三大厂商依序为Broadcom(博通)、Lumentum、Sumitomo Electric(住友电工),合计市占率达55%。

其中,电吸收调制激光器(Electro-absorption Modulated Laser, EML)是一种将激光光源与电吸收调制器(EAM)整合在同一颗芯片上的高效能光通信元件,因为激光本身恒亮,所以具备极低噪声干扰与极窄光谱的特性,是目前≥800 Gbps数据传输及2公里以上中长距传输的理想解决方案。由于技术门槛较高,前三大供应商Lumentum、Broadcom、Mitsubishi Electric(三菱电机)合计市占率高达72%。其中,Lumentum不仅积极扩产100/200 Gbps EML,更成功于OFC 2026展示400 Gbps/Lane EML以满足3.2 Tbps市场需求。

此外,NVIDIA的EML解决方案以维持信号稳定度与高效能为目标,其他云端服务供应商(CSP)也积极开发CW-DFB LD(Continuous Wave Distributed Feedback Laser Diode)用于全光交换(Optical Circuit Switch, OCS)与硅光子(SiPh CPO)解决方案。Broadcom与Sumitomo Electric在CW-DFB LD产能上并列第一,其次为Coherent(高意)与LandMark(联亚光电)/LuxNet(华星光通科技),占整体产能共计达到74%。其中,Coherent加速推进6英寸InP晶圆的生产,以支持大规模量产,同时也在开发用于硅光子可插拔光收发器和共封装光学的400mW CW-DFB LD。
