智通财经APP讯，雷士国际(02222)公布，于2026年6月2日，友同科技(公司的间接附属公司)、认购方浙江米雷科技有限公司与目标公司浙江雷士灯具有限公司(公司的间接附属公司)订立该协议，据此，认购方同意以现金注资合共人民币845万元，用以认购目标公司人民币500万元的新增注册资本，而人民币345万元将计入目标公司的资本公积。
增资完成后，友同科技于目标公司的股权将由100%摊薄至80%而目标公司将继续为公司的附属公司，而其财务业绩将继续并入公司的财务业绩。
据悉，目标公司及其附属公司从事节能灯的生产及销售、节能灯具加工新技术的研发以及货物进出口。
