ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，美国财政部长 Scott Bessent 在参议院财政委员会听证会上表示，正以审慎的速度推进战略比特币储备的建立，同时敦促立法者支持《Clarity 法案》，并希望该法案在今年夏季通过。
Bessent 表示，将美国最佳实践引入国内非常必要，旨在使美国成为全球创新之都。《Clarity 法案》拟首次在联邦层面监管数字资产行业，众议院去年已通过一个版本，但在参议院因稳定币奖励处理、软件开发者保护及特朗普加密企业利益冲突等问题受阻。随着国会年底前将重心转向预算法案，通过该法案的时间已不多。关于比特币储备，Bessent 称建立过程复杂，但正以审慎的速度推进。
