智通财经APP获悉，6月4日，香港地政总署公布，5月共批出4份预售楼花同意书，涉及住宅单位数目1356个。批出楼花项目集中在新界及九龙。其中恒基地产(00012)粉岭项目，共涉682个单位，其余两个位于九龙庇利街的市建局重建项目，分别涉384及264个单位。
此外，5月地政总署收到1宗住宅预售楼花同意书申请，涉及522个单位，属新鸿基地产(00016)西沙湾发展项目。截至5月底，待批预售楼花同意书项目28个，涉及9786个住宅单位。
