金吾财讯 | 据报道，优步(UBER)向自动驾驶初创企业 Nuro 合计投入近 5 亿美元资金，加码商业化 Robotaxi 落地进程。本次投资含追加增资，规模远超此前 Nuro 2.03 亿美元融资轮里优步的初始出资；部分款项已在企业完成阶段性研发目标后拨付，剩余资金绑定后续落地考核指标。
资金拨付条件关联落地进度，Nuro 需在今年于旧金山湾区开展无人安全员道路实测、落地载人试运行，并计划明年规模化投放服务。目前企业已拿到加州无安全员路测资质与随车安全员载人测试许可。这笔资金将支撑优步、Nuro、Lucid 三方合作项目落地，三方计划依托 Lucid Gravity 车型与全新中型造车平台、Nuro 自动驾驶算法、优步调度系统，累计投放 3.5 万台自动驾驶出租车。
Nuro 股东阵容还囊括英伟达与软银，2024 年企业由自研配送小车转向自动驾驶软件授权，本次大额注资有效拉长公司运营现金流。截至报道发布，优步与 Nuro 均未就本轮投融资信息对外表态。
