　　根据上海金属网等权威媒体在2026年6月4日的报道，法国埃赫曼（Eramet）印尼区首席执行官Baudelet确实在当天证实，由于印尼政府将Weda Bay Nickel 2026年的采矿配额从去年的4200万吨大幅削减至1200万吨（降幅达70%），导致公司配额耗尽，该镍矿项目已自5月末起全面停止开采，缩减用工并转入设备维保阶段。

　　目前，公司正与印尼矿业部门积极协商配额延期增补事宜，印尼常规的RKAB年度配额调整审批窗口期集中在每年7月底前，企业希望恢复至去年的开采体量，但最终决定权归属印尼政府，后续增补落地情况仍存不确定性。

　　此次印尼政府大幅削减采矿配额，是其实施“控量提价”战略、旨在缓解全球镍供应过剩并支撑市场价格的关键举措，这一政策已对全球镍矿供应链及下游不锈钢、新能源电池等产业的成本产生了显著的连锁反应。
