智通财经APP讯，旺山旺水-B(02630)发布公告，本公司的现任核数师德勤•关黄陈方会计师行(德勤)将于其当前任期届满后，即本公司将于2026年6月26日举行的年度股东会结束时退任本公司核数师，且不会于年度股东会续聘为本公司核数师。
于2026年5月22日，本公司审核委员会召开会议，建议委任国卫会计师事务所有限公司(国卫)为本公司新任核数师。于2026年6月4日，本公司董事会经适当考虑及审核委员会提议，董事会决议建议委任国卫为本公司新任核数师，以接替德勤的退任，自年度股东会结束后生效，直至本公司下届年度股东会结束为止，须待本公司股东于年度股东会上予以批准。
