6月4日金融一线消息，郑州银行发布公告，该行董事会审议通过调整2026年度日常关联交易预计额度的议案，拟新增河南资产管理有限公司及其关联企业45亿元授信类业务额度。相关事项此前经独立董事专门会议全票审议通过，董事会审议时关联董事依规回避表决，本次调整额度将与原有年度关联交易额度方案合并，一并提交股东大会审议，届时相关关联股东也需回避投票。河南资产管理有限公司因受郑州银行股东所属集团管控被认定为关联方，本次授信额度仅为年度交易预估上限，不代表实质授信承诺，实际业务落地以银行审批批复为准。本次关联交易遵循市场化公允定价，交易条件不优于非关联客户，属于银行常规经营业务，相关业务落地不会对郑州银行经营与股东权益产生不利影响。
