智通财经APP讯，维太创科(06133)发布公告，截至2026年6月30日止六个月(本期间)的收益预期将减少至约介乎人民币 3000万元至约人民币3500万元，而截至2025年6月30日止六个月(去年同期)则约为人民币4.49亿元。收益减少主要由于手机业务于本期间的收益贡献低于预期。
尽管收益有所减少，惟本期间亏损净额预期将由去年同期约人民币841万元收窄至介乎约人民币750万元至约人民币800万元。预期亏损净额减少主要由于本集团实施有效的成本控制措施，导致租金开支及人力资源开支减少。
由于本集团所分销的若干品牌手机的消费者需求疲弱，本集团在接受交付若干手机产品时采取审慎态度，导致本集团手机业务于本期间预期录得低于预期的收益贡献。继近期与客户进行讨论后，本集团预期品牌手机销售将于2026年6月起逐步恢复。
本集团一直与相关业务伙伴合作，透过中央采购及招标安排引入卫星专业终端。尽管本集团在卫星电话业务方面已取得进展，惟相关产品装运目前预期将于2026 年第三季度展开。因此，预期该业务于本期间贡献的收益有限。
