智通财经APP讯，新世纪集团(00234)发布公告，本集团预期截至2026年3月31日止年度(本年度)将取得本公司拥有人应占亏损不多于3200万港元(2025年：亏损约5600万港元)。预期亏损减少乃主要由于下列因素：(i)本集团于香港的投资物业的公平价值亏损减少;及(ii)应收贷款及利息以及抵债资产的减值亏损净额减少。
上述利好因素部分被放债业务的利息收入大副度下降有所抵销。自2025年第二季度起，住宅物业市场开始反弹，借款人趁机出售其按揭物业，令偿还按揭贷款的个案增加，并在传统银行的激烈竞争情况下，只有较少的贷款申请，导致贷款组合出现萎缩。
