金吾财讯 | 短租平台 Airbnb 周三联合 MIC Global 推出美国房东专属可选收入保障保险，产品采用参数化赔付机制，专门对冲自然灾害造成的房源停业收入损失，赔付额度依托房源过往平均营收核算。
投保设置明确准入门槛，房东名下房源不得超 5 套，近一年预订晚数逾 50 晚，且首单接单时间满一年。该险种现阶段落地美国 45 个州，印第安纳、缅因、密苏里、新泽西、纽约五州暂未开通投保通道。
AirCover 保险业务负责人 Sui Lin Cheong 称，极端天气等不可控因素时常造成房东营收骤降，这款定制化产品意在补齐原有保障短板。MIC Global 首席执行官 Jamie Crystal 表示，本次合作依托嵌入式渠道与再保险资源，借参数保险提速理赔，将保单转化为房东实时收入缓冲工具，成为短租平台和保险业态融合的典型尝试。
