公司自研 RNA 编辑技术聚焦基因外显子修饰，相较 DNA 编辑、基因替换疗法能够缩减用药安全隐患。合作款项涵盖前期签约金、阶梯式研发里程碑资金，药物上市后企业还可按产品营收收取分级特许权使用费。
本次交易是礼来近期密集产业布局的又一落地项目。依托 GLP-1 减重产品带来的充沛现金流，药企持续重金布局 RNA、细胞治疗等前沿生物技术，通过外部合作补齐肾病管线，完善多元化新药储备。
