智通财经APP讯，邮储银行(01658)发布公告，该行于近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于宋晓东邮储银行董事任职资格的批复(金复[2026]294号)，据此国家金融监督管理总局已核准宋晓东先生的任职资格。根据相关规定，宋晓东先生自2026年6月1日起就任该行非执行董事，任期三年。同时，宋晓东先生担任该行董事会战略规划委员会委员、董事会关联交易控制委员会委员。
自宋晓东先生任职之日起，丁向明先生因工作变动，辞去本行非执行董事、董事会关联交易控制委员会委员及董事会社会责任与消费者权益保护委员会委员职务。
