格隆汇6月1日丨天安卓健(00383.HK)公告，公司宣布要约已于最后接纳时间，即2026年6月1日(星期一)下午四时正(香港时间)结束。于最后接纳时间，过户登记处已从要约项下接纳股东收到有关合共95,451,498股股份(即已提交股份)有效接纳，占于本公布日期已发行股份总数约8.83%及占公司根据要约拟回购最高数目股份7000万股约136.36%。 由于根据要约交回的股份超过最高数目，公司将向各接纳股东购回股份的总数将按要约文件所载公式厘定。公司将于完成时回购合共7000万股股份(即最高数目)，并预计将于2026年6月10日(星期三)完成。公司根据要约回购上述股份应付总代价为港币7700万元。
