金吾财讯 | 香港本地银行股集体走低，截至发稿，渣打集团(02888)跌3.69%，大新银行集团(02356)跌1.47%，汇丰控股(00005)跌1.36%，中银香港(02388)跌0.84%。消息面上，瑞银新近研究指出，继中国证监会打击非法跨境证券交易后，香港金融管理局对持牌机构就持有使用内地身份证明文件的内地投资者投资账户的开立及管理，推出额外措施。香港银行因此收紧新交易账户的开户审查，要求这类投资者签署声明，涵盖资金来源、文件真实性及过往记录，并确认资金乃在内地以外合法取得。由于香港银行业务线多元化，内地投资者的证券投资服务占总收入比重预计较小。本地香港银行面临的压力可能高于国际同业，因为跨境客户对其客户基础贡献较大。尽管如此，现有的KYC及AML要求应能限制整体财务影响。该行预计短期内新客户增长将放缓，因为过去两至三年，内地客户一直是主要增长动力。该行对中银香港和东亚银行维持“中性”评级。
