智通财经APP讯，华兰股份(301093.SZ)发布公告，公司全资子公司海南灵擎数智医药科技有限公司(简称“灵擎数智”)拟使用自有资金2.05亿元向无锡自然常数科技有限公司(简称“自然常数”)进行增资入股，进一步取得此次交易完成后自然常数基于完全摊薄基础上34.17%的股权。
此次投资系公司围绕AI医药领域进行的前瞻性战略布局，与传统主业在技术路径、商业模式和盈利周期方面存在差异。公司当前经营有序、财务结构稳健。此次投资是在保证公司主营业务发展的前提下，以自有资金进行投资，不会影响公司生产经营活动和现金流的正常运转。
