消息面上，北京时间周四上，比特币价格已跌破62000美元大关。据悉，Strategy公司执行董事长Michael Saylor曾以“永远不要卖出比特币”的箴言在币圈内享有盛名。但该公司周一却表示，上周出售了32枚比特币，获利约250万美元，并计划将所得款项用于优先股分红。
值得注意的是，Arca首席投资官Jeff Dorman表示，Strategy决定增加大规模的优先股债务，已改变了Saylor所采用的比特币策略的风险状况。他表示，Strategy目前面临艰难抉择。出售比特币会打压比特币市场情绪，出售股票会稀释MSTR股东权益，发行债务会损害信用质量，削减优先股股息则可能导致优先股价格崩盘并引发诉讼。
