智通财经APP讯，乐思集团(02540)发布公告，配售协议所载所有条件均已获达成，配售事项完成已于2026年6月4日落实。合共1亿股配售股份(相当于本公司于配售协议日期全部已发行股本的20.0%，及经配发及发行配售股份后扩大之本公司全部已发行股本的约16.7%)，已成功向不少于六名承配人按每股配售股份0.700港元的配售价配售。
经扣除与配售事项有关的所有开支(包括但不限于配售佣金、法律费用及支出)后，所得款项净额约为6890万港元。本公司拟将所得款项净额用作下列用途：35%，用于与AI短片制作及AI广告技术研发相关的技术升级;55%，用于透过优化媒体分发网络以扩大客户基础的业务发展;及10.0%，用于本集团的一般营运资金。
