Hubbell Prices Offering of $1.9 Billion Senior Notes

Hubbell (HUBB) said late Tuesday it priced $500 million of 4.65% senior notes due 2031, $700 million of 4.9% senior notes due 2033, and $700 million of 5.15% senior notes due 2036.
Net proceeds will be used to finance the company's proposed acquisition of NSI Electrical Buyers, repay NSI's debt, and for general corporate purposes, according to a statement.
The offering is expected to be completed on June 8, subject to closing conditions, according to the company.
