霍尼韦尔旗下量子计算公司 昆腾（Quantinuum） 计划扩大美国首次公开募股（IPO）规模，目标最高估值达 143 亿美元，足见投资者对量子计算领域的高涨热情。

　　这家总部位于美国科罗拉多州布鲁姆菲尔德的企业于周一宣布，本次拟发行 2650 万股股票，发行价区间定为每股 53 至 55 美元，最高募资 14.6 亿美元。

　　公司此前规划为发行约 2110 万股，发行价每股 45 至 50 美元，最高募资 10.5 亿美元。

　　多家企业借当前向好的市场环境推进上市，赶在太空探索技术公司（SpaceX）重磅 IPO 前完成募资，美股 6 月 IPO 市场开局火热。本周共有七家来自国防、能源等领域的企业将确定发行价。

　　摩根大通与摩根士丹利担任本次 IPO 的联席主承销商。

　　昆腾预计于本周四在纳斯达克交易所挂牌上市，股票代码为QNT。
