智通财经APP获悉，安东油田服务(03337)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.4%，报0.95港元，成交额513.1万港元。
消息面上，受战事影响，中东地区石油运输持续受阻，伊拉克、卡塔尔等主要产油国此前已宣布减产。据市场媒体报道，海湾产油国阿联酋透露正在规划首条成品油运输管道。同时，伊拉克也在加紧建设“绕霍尔木兹管道”，但由于财政问题，伊拉克的管道能否按时完工存在一定疑问。此前有报道称，伊拉克正在向国际货币基金组织寻求财政援助。
穆迪发布评级报告指出，由于中东冲突对其伊拉克业务造成干扰，安东油田服务2026年的收入增长将面临短期压力，随着项目执行逐步恢复，预计2027年收入将有所回升。安东油田服务国内业务的增长将部分抵消这一影响，因为该公司受益于中国各石油国企为加强能源安全而增加的上游支出。穆迪认为，尽管出现暂时性恶化，但安东油田服务的杠杆水平对其当前评级类别而言仍然稳健。穆迪预计，得益于稳定的现金流生成、审慎的运营资金管理和有纪律的资本支出，公司将保持净现金头寸。
