根据房产记录，这家名为WIT Tech LLC的公司已在格赖姆斯县（Grimes County）购入至少六幅地块，总面积超过6，000英亩，约合10平方英里。相关交易金额未予披露。
尽管文件中没有直接写明马斯克的名字，但WIT Tech向怀俄明州州务卿提交的最新年度报告由Jared Birchall签署。Birchall是马斯克的重要副手之一。而这家有限责任公司登记的邮寄地址位于加州Palo Alto，与SpaceX旗下xAI子公司所在地为同一办公室。德克萨斯州数笔房地产交易文件还显示，xAI总法律顾问James Burnham是WIT Tech的授权代表。
