消息面上，康方生物PD-1/VEGF双抗依沃西单抗联合化疗一线治疗晚期鳞状非小细胞肺癌的III期HARMONi-6研究于ASCO大会全体会议（Plenary Session）公布最新结果。与替雷利珠单抗联合化疗相比，依沃西组患者死亡风险下降34%，OS达到统计学显著性，两年生存率64.7% vs 48.6%。
HARMONi-6共入组532例患者，中央型鳞癌占比约63%，PD-L1 TPS＜1%患者占39%，多部位转移、肝转移及脑转移患者占比约33.8%。核心数据显示：依沃西组mOS达到27.89个月，对照组为23.69个月，延长近4个月；HR为0.66，p值0.0017，明显优于预设统计学边界0.0049。
