Seven Elements Investment (HKG:1660) named Ip Yik Nam, as its chief compliance officer effective Tuesday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the property firm were up nearly 4% in Wednesday afternoon trading.
Ip has been an independent non-executive director of Thelloy Development Group (HKG:1546) since April 10.
