消息面上，和铂医药此前公布其首款利用Hu-mAtrIx™人工智能平台开发的下一代靶向ACVR2A/2B单克隆抗体药物LET003的临床前研究数据。
结果显示，LET003具有优于多个竞品分子的药代动力学特征；与司美格鲁肽联合用药时，可显著增强减脂效果并有效保护瘦体重。此外，在较低剂量下，LET003即可达到与较高剂量bimagrumab相当的促进瘦体重增加的作用，显示出其在肥胖症治疗中成为同类最佳（Best-in-Class）药物的潜力。
