Dine Brands Global (DIN) appointed Lawrence Kim, president of its IHOP business unit, to the additional role of chief commercial officer, effective June 1, the company said in a regulatory filing late Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Shares of the company were down 3.4% in Wednesday premarket activity.
