金吾财讯 | 必和必拓(BHP)联合新加坡全球海事脱碳中心(GCMD)启动全新船用生物燃料试点项目，创新性混合废弃食用油与动物脂肪原料制备生物燃料，应用于远洋货运航线。该项目依托现有废弃食用油加注基础设施，实测多原料生物燃料的混合、处理与船舶加注全流程，旨在破解全球船用生物燃料高度依赖废弃食用油、原料供给趋近瓶颈的行业痛点，挖掘动物脂肪类生物燃料的规模化应用潜力。
本次试点落地于必和必拓租赁的“Berge Lyngor”号散货船，该船舶主营西澳铁矿石对华运输航线。5月初，船舶在新加坡完成B100混合生物燃料加注，燃料由50%牛油基生物柴油与50%废弃食用油生物燃料配比而成。数据显示，相较于传统超低硫燃油，该混合燃料可实现全链路温室气体减排79%，脱碳成效显著。
项目同时聚焦供应链标准化建设，重点验证多原料生物燃料混合体系的稳定性与完整性，搭建完善的溯源机制。相关实测数据将为行业整合不同生命周期、不同原料类型的船用生物燃料提供实操参考，助力海事领域搭建标准化、可追溯的低碳燃料供应链，为全球航运业规模化脱碳落地夯实基础。
